4-Wheel Drive We repair and maintain 4-wheel drive systems on vehicles. We change fluids in Differentials and Transfer cases. We diagnose and repair those components including drive shafts, CV Shafts, Bearings and seals.
Door Locks: Notice your vehicle doors not latching cleanly? Is the trunk having a hard time closing? My Mechanics trained technicians can fix and replace door locks & latches. That includes hood, truck and rear latches as well. Noticing your key is having a hard time coming out of the ignition? We can take a look and replace that ignition lock cylinder that’s been hard to turn or the key will not come out. We repair and replace power door lock actuators.
Engine Repair: We have been doing everything from basic maintenance to major engine repairs. We replace leaky gaskets, water pumps, engine mounts, intake plenums and manifolds. We even replace complete engine assemblies from time to time. We do Timing Belts, Timing Chains, and all moving parts on engines.
Air Filters are pretty self-explanatory. Nothing much to say about them. You can say they are very important to change to help your engine breathe easier and get better performance and fuel economy.
Belts and hoses are covered under Engine Repair although it’s good to mention those under Maintenance yes. Replacing those would insure against future breakdowns and engine overheating.
Cabin Air Filters are the same as the Furnace FIlter in your house. They filter out dust, dirt and allergens. They also help eliminate foul odors from the Heating and Air Conditioning systems.
Car batteries are important to get tested in all seasons. They run all the electrical components of the vehicle. In cold temperatures, the battery must supply higher amperage to start the engine and run components. Changing that battery BEFORE it dies is required. Who wants to get stuck with a dead battery?
Fuel Filters filter the gasoline going into your engine. They keep debris and moisture from getting into the fuel injectors so they don’t clog up and cause no start or drivability problems.
Fluid Flushes: the Engine Cooling System must be flushed and filled periodically to eliminate acid in the system and maintain the proper freezing and boiling point of the coolant to prevent problems. The Transmission Fluid needs to be changed to keep the transmission performing smoothly and prolong its life.
